Contexto

Our client is a DIFC-regulated real estate investment manager with $12bn in global AuM, specialising in logistics, industrial and technology-enabled real estate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead asset management for 8 logistics, industrial and data centre assets
• Drive NOI improvement through lease restructuring and capital investment
• Manage relationships with logistics operator and technology company tenants
• Prepare assets for potential sale or refinancing
• Work closely with the investment team on new acquisitions

Perfil del candidato

• Asset management or investment experience in logistics, industrial or data centre real estate
• Track record of driving NOI improvement
• Understanding of GCC and Southeast Asian real estate markets
• Financial modelling and valuation expertise
