MD — Real Estate Investment

JOlivier & Partners is conducting a retained search for an MD to lead the Iberian operations of an international real estate platform overseeing €2.1bn in residential, hospitality and logistics assets.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is an international real estate investment manager with €28bn in global AuM, with significant deployment in Portugal and Spain. The MD will be the most senior executive in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all investment and asset management for the Iberian portfolio
• Drive new investment origination and manage JV partner relationships
• Oversee asset management across residential, hospitality and logistics
• Build and lead a team of 18 in Lisbon and Madrid

Candidate Profile

• MD, Country Head or Senior Investment Director in real estate investment
• Deep knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish real estate markets
• Track record of deploying institutional capital in real estate
• Fluent Portuguese or Spanish and English required
