Director of Strategic Projects — International Industrial & Technology Group

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a Director of Strategic Projects for an international group recognised for its expertise in complex industrial and technological environments.

This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to the General Manager France.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the portfolio of strategic projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Contribute to transformation, performance and growth initiatives.
• Support business units in operational deployment.
• Ensure a 360° view of organisational challenges.
• Prepare materials and analysis for the Executive Committee.
• Lead change management with the teams.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate of an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
• Around 20 years of experience in consulting, audit or industry.
• Exposure to several functions: finance, operations, digital and commercial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: leadership, listening and the ability to unite.
• Strong business and client orientation.
• Natural ease with executive governance bodies.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary for this position is around €150,000 per year, plus a performance bonus and a company car.
