Country Manager France — Home Care Technology

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify the Country Manager France of an innovative international company specialising in technologies for independent living and home care.

This is an entrepreneurial mandate: building the French subsidiary from the ground up, in a market with strong societal impact.

The Organisation & Context

Following its success in several international markets, the company is launching its operations in France. With an ageing population, the growth of home care and the transformation of care pathways, it aims to become a reference partner for medico-social professionals, local authorities, healthcare institutions and home care providers.

Reporting to European management, the Country Manager will take full responsibility for the launch and development of the French business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the French development strategy and go-to-market.
• Build all commercial and operational activities.
• Develop a network across home care (MAD), hospital-at-home (HAD), local authorities and the medico-social sector.
• Identify and win public and private tenders.
• Develop strategic partnerships with market decision-makers.
• Recruit and progressively structure the local team.
• Own financial performance and reporting for the subsidiary.
• Represent the company with key stakeholders of the silver economy.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience in home care, hospital-at-home, Home Care or the silver economy in France.
• Background in General Management, Sales Leadership or Business Unit leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of public and private decision-making circuits.
• Experience with public tenders and procurement.
• Strong ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous and results-driven.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary for this position is €120,000–130,000 per year, plus an attractive variable component and a company car. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience and track record.
