Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify an MD for the EMEA hub of a US enterprise software company in Lisbon, leading 600 employees with full P&L responsibility for €520m in EMEA revenue.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a Nasdaq-listed enterprise software company with $2.1bn in global ARR. The Lisbon office is the EMEA headquarters, responsible for €520m in revenue. The MD reports to the Global President.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 600 EMEA employees across Sales, CS, Solutions and Operations
  • Own EMEA revenue of €520m with 20%+ growth targets
  • Build the EMEA senior leadership team
  • Define and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners

Candidate Profile

  • MD, VP EMEA or Country Manager in a scaled SaaS company
  • Track record of leading large commercial teams in technology
  • Deep understanding of European enterprise software market
  • Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage
