Our client is an SEC-registered investment adviser with $18bn across closed-end and open-end real estate funds. The firm is in active fundraising for Fund VI and expanding its investor base in Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• — Lead all financial reporting, fund administration and tax for $18bn AuM
• — Manage relationships with external auditors and SEC
• — Support Fund VI fundraising — financial due diligence materials
• — Oversee CFO functions of 12 portfolio companies
• — Build and lead a finance team of 45

Candidate Profile

• — CFO or Controller at an alternative asset manager or real estate firm
• — Deep knowledge of fund accounting and ILPA reporting
• — Experience with SEC registration and investment adviser compliance
• — CPA required
