The Organisation & Context

Our client is a GCC-based sovereign platform establishing a dedicated private markets vehicle. The CEO will be the founding executive, responsible for building the investment team, governance framework and deploying capital across global private markets.

Key Responsibilities

• — Build and lead the investment organisation from the ground up — 25 professionals over 3 years
• — Define and execute the investment strategy across PE, infrastructure and real assets
• — Establish institutional governance and risk management frameworks
• — Manage the relationship with the sovereign fund leadership
• — Deploy $5bn across primary, secondary and co-investment strategies

Candidate Profile

• — CEO, CIO or Managing Partner at a sovereign wealth fund or leading alternative asset manager
• — Track record of building investment organisations and deploying large-scale capital
• — Deep relationships with leading PE and infrastructure managers globally
• — Experience operating in GCC sovereign fund governance
