Key Responsibilities

• — Lead the executive team through Phase 3 completion and regulatory submissions
• — Define the business development strategy — partnership vs IPO
• — Manage investor relationships and lead the next financing round ($150-200m)
• — Build commercial infrastructure for potential product launch
• — Represent the company at scientific and regulatory forums

Candidate Profile

• — CEO or COO at a clinical-stage biotech or specialty pharma
• — Track record of Phase 3 leadership and regulatory approval or major partnership
• — Experience with NASDAQ IPO preparation or major pharma licensing
• — Deep credibility with scientific leadership and institutional investors
