The Organisation & Context

Our client is a major Qatari investment institution with a global portfolio exceeding $85bn. The VP role is part of a significant expansion of the division's direct investment and origination capability.

Key Responsibilities

• — Lead deal origination and relationship development across global PE markets
• — Execute direct equity and co-investment transactions
• — Manage relationships with 8-10 direct investments
• — Prepare investment recommendations for the investment committee
• — Contribute to division strategy

Candidate Profile

• — VP or Senior Associate at a top-tier PE fund, investment bank or sovereign wealth fund
• — Track record of deal origination and transaction execution in growth equity or buyout
• — Deep knowledge of global PE markets and strong sponsor relationships
• — Fluent English; Arabic an advantage
