Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained by a leading financial services group to identify a Vice President based in Barcelona, working directly with senior principals on flagship client mandates.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is an established financial services group with a strong European franchise and growing presence in the Spanish market. The VP will carry meaningful responsibility for origination and execution from day one.

Key Responsibilities

— Lead and contribute to transaction execution across a defined coverage area
— Develop and maintain senior client relationships in the Spanish market
— Contribute to business development initiatives
— Mentor and develop junior team members

Candidate Profile

— Relevant experience at Associate or VP level in investment banking or private equity
— Deep knowledge of the Spanish financial and corporate market
— Fluent in Spanish and English
— Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate at senior client level
