The Organisation & Context

Our client is a Nasdaq-listed enterprise software company with $2.1bn in global ARR. The Dublin office is the EMEA headquarters, responsible for €520m in revenue. The MD reports to the Global President.

Key Responsibilities

• — Lead 600 EMEA employees across Sales, CS, Solutions and Operations
• — Own EMEA revenue of €520m with 20%+ growth targets
• — Build the EMEA senior leadership team
• — Define and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy
• — Manage relationships with strategic partners

Candidate Profile

• — MD, VP EMEA or Country Manager in a scaled SaaS company
• — Track record of leading large commercial teams in technology
• — Deep understanding of European enterprise software market
• — Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage
