The Organisation & Context

Our client is a PE-backed company with operations across Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Following revenues tripling over 3 years, the business needs a COO capable of bringing operational rigour to a rapidly expanding infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• — Own all operational performance across 24 sortation centres
• — Define and implement the operational excellence programme
• — Lead the technology and automation investment roadmap
• — Manage a direct team of 8 operational leaders across 4 countries
• — Work closely with CEO and PE sponsor on value creation plan

Candidate Profile

• — COO or Operations Director in logistics, e-commerce fulfilment or postal operator
• — Track record of operational transformation in high-growth logistics
• — Experience with automation, WMS and routing technology
• — Central European market knowledge
