Role Overview

JOlivier & Partners has been retained to identify a CEO for a Series C FinTech platform headquartered in London. The incoming CEO will lead the business through international expansion and preparation for a potential capital markets event.

The Organisation & Context

Our client is a London-based FinTech platform with £120m in ARR, 400 employees and operations across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. The company is at an inflection point requiring a CEO who can operate at the intersection of product, commercial and capital markets leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the international expansion strategy across Europe and North America
  • Lead a senior management team of 8 direct reports
  • Own the investor relationship and lead Series D fundraising or IPO preparation
  • Drive revenue growth from £120m to £250m+ within 3 years
  • Represent the company at senior client and regulatory levels

Candidate Profile

  • Proven CEO or President experience in a scaled FinTech business
  • Track record of international expansion and capital markets activity
  • Strong product and technology fluency combined with commercial leadership
  • Board-level credibility with institutional investors
