The Organisation & Context

Our client is a third-generation Spanish family group in a professionalisation phase, seeking to strengthen the financial governance of its diversified portfolio ahead of potential partial listing or strategic investor entry.

Key Responsibilities

• — Lead all financial reporting, treasury, tax and investment oversight for the diversified group
• — Develop consolidated reporting and financial governance across the portfolio
• — Manage the family's banking relationships and financing arrangements
• — Advise the family on M&A, disposal and capital structure decisions
• — Build and lead a finance team of 28 across the group companies

Candidate Profile

• — CFO or Finance Director at a diversified family enterprise, industrial group or multi-asset holding company
• — Experience professionalising financial governance in a family business context
• — Track record of managing complex, multi-entity treasury and reporting
• — Fluent Spanish and English required
