Role Overview
JOlivier & Partners has been retained by the board of a Miami-based healthcare AI company to identify a new CEO to lead through Series D fundraising and accelerate growth across US health systems and LatAm.
The Organisation & Context
Our client provides clinical decision support and patient engagement technology to hospital systems with $85m in ARR and growing adoption across Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the executive team and set strategic direction
- Own the go-to-market strategy across US health systems and LatAm
- Lead the Series D fundraising process — targeting $150m
- Build strategic partnerships with EMR vendors and health system networks
- Represent the company at healthcare and investor forums
Candidate Profile
- CEO or President at a healthcare technology or digital health company
- Track record of scaling a SaaS platform in US healthcare
- Experience with health system sales cycles
- Ability to represent the company to clinical audiences and investors
