Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the Iberian market.
- Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Prepare and present reports on market performance and operational outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the Iberian region.Full P&L ownership for Iberia (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Operational Profit)
- Monitor performance against strategic objectives (top & bottom line)
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies based on market analysis
- Define pricing strategy and oversee contract management
- Lead initiatives to strengthen market positioning in Iberia
- Manage key accounts and support business development with existing clients
- Coach and lead the Iberian commercial team
- Collaborate with European headquarters and cross-functional teams
- Work primarily from the Madrid office, with regular field visits
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a commercial leader with full P&L responsibility
- Minimum 5 years in sales and people management within a healthcare or related setting
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Deep understanding of the Iberian healthcare market
- Experience in Hospital Products
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Must be based in the Madrid region
